Tim has a background in art, industrial and graphic design, and historical preservation. He was educated at St. John's College, Annapolis, MD, Ball State University, Muncie, IN, and Kyoto University of Fine Arts, Kyoto, Japan. Prior to joining AHC he worked as a VISTA with Main Street Fort Pierce and served as Historic Preservation Planner for the City of Fort Pierce, Florida. For his work in redevelopment, preservation, and education Tim was recognized by the Florida Main Street Program and the City of Fort Pierce, and has twice received awards from the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.
